Manage all aspects of change associated with the APAC Claims Transformation across 14 target countries. ?The target countries in scope. ??Change Management includes business readiness associated with technology and non technology changes, training, and communication. ?Understand the impact of transformation on our customers and employees. ?Ensure that the change programme is done in collaboration with the country teams and not to them. ?Work with Regional Claims, the Country Claims Managers and country employees to ensure the success of the transformation for Chartis staff and customers.

Position Requirements
Major Responsibilities: ?
? Responsible for building detailed terms of reference for all aspects of Change Management for Claims Transformation across the Region.
? Accountable for creating the delivery plan for business change, training and communications and delivering against these plans.
? Work closely with Regional Claims Team, Regional Communications team, Country teams (including but not limited to Claims) and country project managers and engagement teams to shape the scope of business change and get buy in to how it will be delivered.
? Accountable for securing a positive impact on employee and customers from Claims Transformation. ?Baselining, tracking and realization of qualitative benefits from the future state.
? Responsible for all aspects of project management performance including reporting and communication as part of the overall European Claims Transformation.

Skills/Experience/Requirements:
? Demonstrable success in change management associated with large corporate organizations in Asia Pacific undergoing fundamental and widespread change to organization, processes, technology and culture. ?Experience of working with financial services companies would be advantageous.
? A strong track record of project management with focus on delivery of results, meeting deadlines and achieving against benefits.
? A team player, with experience of delivery across a diverse, virtual team across Asia Pacific. ??Proven experience in managing multiple different stakeholders.
? Excellent facilitation and communication skills - written and verbal. ?Asian foreign language skills a distinct advantage.
? Demonstrates an understanding of critical customer requirements and of barriers to change in corporate environments and how to overcome them.
? Regular Asia Pacific travel
