Small Businesses are the cornerstone of the American Economy and next week the owners of small or minority businesses will have the opportunity to learn how to do business with the government during a conference in Houston. Helen Callier is the 2012 chair of the Small Business Government Procurement Conference. Callier spoke with Lana Hughes and JP Pritchard during Thursday?s Morning Report.
