I had a great team call today with the leader of one of the fastest growing groups on our team concerning building an mlm team. ?I have to tell you it was simply amazing to hear this young man talk about how he went about building his team and the motivation that you could hear in his voice was simply encouraging.

What i got out of this conference call today was that I need to get with it. ?I can't set back and expect my team mates to build their business while I take it easy on

?easy street if you know what I mean. ?This guy pumped me up and I realized that I have a responsibility to the people that I have brought into the business that building an mlm team laid on my shoulders to get it done.

What I picked up on during this call was that there were 4 key factors that you have to do every day. ?

GOAL SETTING: ?If you want to start building an mlm team the right way then you "the leader" must have focused goals that you understand. ?Building an mlm team?takes a focused goal of first wanting to see your team grow. ?Being more specific, building your mlm team to 5oo people in the next 6 months. ?If you could start building your mlm team to 500 in the next 6 months don't you think you would have to have focused goals?

Building an MLM Team Tip #2

PROSPECTING: ?Your prospects are the most important thing to your business growth. ?You do have to be enthusiastic, but without a steady flow of new poeple into your group you will not make it to 500 in 6 months. ?When you are building an MLM Team you need to be talking to 5-10 people every day about your TEAM, GOALS, and DREAMS. ?If you can show them what you are about to build, they will want to be part of your building an MLM Team with you.

WORK WITH YOUR NEW TEAM: ?As you start to being new people into the group as you are building an mlm team you need to start working with them. ?a lot of?this can be automated, but some of ithas to be hands on. ?do not let?building an mlm team?become cumbersome for you. ?A special team site with all the marketing material you use in it will be sufficient. ?You coudl even have a facebook group which is what a lot of leaders are doing as they are building an mlm team.

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING: Attitude?is a key to building an mlm team. ?With the right attitude yourteam building skills skyrocket, with a bad attitude they plummet. ?When you are building an mlm team you want to be excited, encouraging, motivating, positive because if you're not then building an mlm team will become a discouraging theing for you. ?So, pick up your boot strings my friend we have work to do and lets go do it. ?Building an mlm team takes work so keep a good attitude about yourself and you will do great.
